Return and refund policy

 

At Trendy Wholesale Clothing, we want every order to be right. If something is not, we make it straightforward to return.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This applies to individual orders and wholesale pallet orders alike.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. If your order arrived new with tags, items must be returned new with tags.

We cover return shipping on all orders. You will not be charged to send anything back to us.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method. No partial refunds, no store credit unless you prefer it.

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to arrange that too. Just let us know when you contact us and we will find a replacement from current stock.


Exceptions

We do not place restrictions on what can be returned. All items including liquidation stock qualify for our standard 30 day return policy as long as they are in the condition received.
